They can learn about inventions of new things by making sense of information that comes up from what others have said and written about the invention of new things. Organizations learn about new IT from outside sources such as trading partners, companies that help support their business, newspapers, web sites, and universities. The new model is totally different from what's been done so far, invention of new things will include significant new technologies and ways of doing things based upon a formal idea about how things work or why they happen. This solid basic structure on which bigger things can be built which combines numbers that measure things and analyze methods, and uses a number of software based tools including workflow and a test run that appears or feels close to the real thing, in the process of gathering agents, data mining tools, and project management tools. The agent based software system will automate big portions of the invention of new things and development process, and create important reactions or responses to something in the system to enable it to change as needed change to fit fast changes resulting from new information clearly connected with or related to a project.
