Ever since I studied neuroanatomy during my first year in veterinary medicine, I was fascinated and attracted to learn this beautiful science. Knowing that I only want to study neurology, I transferred to medicine pursuing knowledge in this field. The more I read, the more I indulged into knowing more of it. To make sure that it was the right path for me, I shadowed a neurologist, and a neurosurgeon to learn different perspectives of neuroscience. Conditions that involve interactions between the immune system and the nervous system made me more curious to know how this interaction occurs and what can be done to help patients bearing such conditions. My motivation towards this goal made me join different rotations in the field of neurology starting from neuropathology, neuroradiology, and clinical neurology learning from various perspectives and enhancing my knowledge towards being a beneficial neurologist. As a physician, time management, leadership is an important characteristic. I believe I have the character, and my election exemplifies this after being elected as the Training Support Director at the International Federation of Medical Student Association “MMSA-IFMSA-Egypt” MUST Medical Student Association. I had a sustained commitment towards enhancing my fellow medical student’s education and interpersonal skills. In addition, my passion towards a better community made me join campaigns educating the community about major health issues.
