Humans have discovered many different ways to take a forest and turn it into a shopping center, mall, parking lot, or even a sports stadium. In this paper we are going to look at the old New York Giants stadium that was in East Rutherford New Jersey (Yes you read that right the New York Giants do indeed play in New Jersey). The New York Giants decided they needed a new stadium so they first needed to tear down the 34 year old stadium. When they demolished the stadium there was a lot of toxins from the concrete and other materials in the air. In fact it was advised not to go near the site without a breathing mask until the demolition was complete. To obtain grass again dirt must be placed down along with grass seeds and be artificially grown. In the event that we need once again more farmland many of the flat land in urban areas is all ready being used by parking lots and such other constructs. In my opinion I believe that the construction of new buildings on new plots of land has to come to an end relatively soon before their is no more land for anyone to us. However, I agree with the idea of putting up new building. I agree with the idea of using all ready ruined land such as old strip malls and other such places to build these new buildings. In Urban area many animals are adapting to walking/running on concrete. This means that in the event that world destruction was to occur and these animals were forced to run and catch food on their own in the wild it will be a great struggle for them. Animals have adapted to sponging off of the garbage put out by us humans to go to a waste land which is also very detrimental to the environment. Along with many animals adapting to different types of "land" there are also a handful of animals who were not able to adapt and sadly died
