His goal in editing the information was to make it seem like the actions are illegal and evil. The consequences ultimately in theory led to the defunding of Planned Parenthood says Charo. (Fetal Tissue, 3)

I am going to write an essay about the “Super Prison”, Alcatraz. As you may know, the government made a prohibition to ban all alcohol. That didn’t workout so well for the rest of the world. The gangsters and the thieves and all of the other bad guys, either started making the crops to make alcohol, or they bought it from other places/countries. They became unstoppable, and everybody was afraid of them.
A Nation of Jailers The story A Nation of Jailers is by Loury. At the beginning of the essay the author talks about the racial disparity which have been remain for black and Hispanic men. Though Cruz has always been against Planned Parenthood, and abortion in general, as least he’s successful in acknowledging the fact that what happened was brutal and the choices of the victims didn’t justify the crime
Johnson is also pro-choice. He believes planned parenthood does a lot of good for women 's health and it should stay that way. He also states he’d rather give the choice to the states. And will support and fund planned parenthood, except for abortion. “Should abortion be outlawed in the United States?

In light of the recent “controversy” surrounding Bernie Sanders and Planned Parenthood, I feel that it’s necessary to point out the mans incredibly consistent record in support women’s issues and the right to choose. Bernie Sanders is a staunch believer in the fact that women should have the fundamental right to control their bodies when it comes to sexual and reproductive health. He’s received both a 0 percent rating from The National Right to Life Committee (NRLC), and a 100 percent rating from NARAL Pro-Choice America. According to The NRLC, Sanders has voted against the pro-life position more than 100 times in his federal legislative career. Let me just quote a couple of things that The NRLC notes about Sanders pro-choice
Today’s court and justice systems, as well as our prison system, are flawed and don’t do enough to not only hinder any further crime from occurring, but put those who may cause further complications in our society in jail. In the article “Why Prisons Don’t Work,” Wilbert Rideau, a murderer sentenced to life in jail, explains his reasons and provides evidence on why our prison system is counterproductive. According to Rideau, many of those who are thrown in prison, were convicted due to their unskilled, impulsive, and uneducated actions. Putting these men in prison may seem like a good idea, but there are underlying reasons why prisons don’t work.
For years republicans have been trying to defund Planned Parenthood, and at this moment in history, they are closer towards their goal than ever. With a republican majority senate, and a republican as president, the fight to defund Planned Parenthood only faces minimal resistance. Republicans, more specifically the Trump Administration, like to hide behind their religious beliefs and values when it comes to their ideas regarding Planned Parenthood. They tend to only focus aspects that they disagree with while paying no mind to the good that Planned Parenthood does. These republicans that are working to defund Planned Parenthood and oppose Planned Parenthood so strongly tend to only focus on the belief that defunding Planned Parenthood would
Some reforms that have been built around the promise of public interest are the prison institutions, businesses, political machines, and voting rights. Before their reformation, these systems were oppressing minority communities from thriving. Before there was a prison system, citizens who chose not to follow the law were brutally punished. Then during the 1800s, the early stages of prison systems were developed.
Transcendentalists were Americans that believed everyone should be treated equally, so they began six major reform movements. There were many Transcendentalist movements, but the six most important reforms were the prison movement, women’s rights, anti-slavery, temperance, insane and education movement. The prison reform movement was started by the Transcendentalists because they felt that the system was wrong unfair and cruel. All prisoners suffered the same consequences regardless of his or her crime.
Representative Jason Chaffetz of Utah opened the hearing by enlightening everybody about how 1,500 people die everyday in the U.S. from cancer, implying that women are using up the money available for cancer research on their birth control pills. Another republican suggested that Planned Parenthood’s money would be better spent at the Boys and Girls club. The majority of Planned Parenthood’s funding is from Medicaid. These republicans could not explain how the Boys and Girls club could help women who need, say, a Pap Smear. In a recent Rolling Stone article, Amanda Marcotte explained that, like the argument about mammograms, they were implying that women shouldn't use Planned Parenthood’s “slutty health care” in the first place.
Donald Trump believes, “‘banning all federal taxpayer funding of abortions will save the lives of over one million Americans from abortions’”(Steven). This statement is false and inaccurate. Instead of those women going and getting an abortion safely carried out at Planned Parenthood, she will go get an abortion in a more dangerous way ultimately putting her life at risk too, which will lead to higher deaths. As Taylor Jacobs said in the article on the Odyssey online, “ Regardless of your personal opinions regarding abortions, it is not possible to stop every woman from getting the procedure if they are unprepared to have a child, no matter what programs are defunded. Thousands of women die from unsafe abortions per year and defunding Planned Parenthood would make getting an abortion even more difficult and likely increase the numbers of deaths.”
Private Prisons Many people in America have no idea that there are different types of prison systems. The two different types of prisons include state-ran and private. State-ran prisons are prisons owned and operated by the local, state, or federal government; however, private prisons are prisons in which individuals are incarcerated by a third-party organization that is under contract with a government agency. Private prisons are funded by the government and have the unique ability to do whatever they want.
