Recently I read the book “Night” by Elie Wiesel which was a really touching and heartfelt and made me think about how sometimes people shouldn’t complain about what they don’t have, but be thankful for what they do have. People in our world today, don’t think or believe that the holocaust is all made up and not a real thing however, the Holocaust is something that needs to be remembered in American history.
I think that this quote is saying that people sometimes just give up on things too easily instead of finding another way to do something. People decide to give up or “fail to protest” when they are able
