1. Introduction:
A nonprofit organization is an institute the main objective of which is something different than earning the profits. These organizations mostly work for the welfare of the humanity and try to make the people happy. In this report, I chose a nonprofit organization named as KiDZ ROCK OUT. This organization is working in the United States for the welfare of the kids and their education. In this report, we will discuss the main introduction of the organization that how it started and what problems have to face by the director to star it. I took interview of the director of the KiDZ ROCK OUT.

Porschea Graham told me that there was the fear that she would not be able to complete the projects or can raise funds needed to survive (Hermalin et al, 2003). This was all because she was taking such initiative first time but her team was good and gave her courage to take this step. It may happen that fear may create hurdle in the start and you were not able to start the things which you actually want. Yes, sometimes it made the person hesitate when they start a new organization and aim like nonprofit institute alone. When the other people join their hands with them they feel more confident and motivated to fulfill their goal. There was not a team already set up. I learned that you have to start the work from the base and determine the name of the organization. When you make the decision to start and choose a name then apply for the license, which will eventually go hand and hand with your EIN and your NonProfit 501 C3 NUMBER (Profits, C. A., 2014). There are many forms that have to be completed and approved by the state of California in order to be considered a Nonprofit (Hermalin et al, 2003). The first form being the Drafting and filing the articles of Incorporation which has all of your information on it as to who will be on your board and who is the President on down to the Secretary of the organization. When you are going to decide the board of directors, you have to select the right person who will sign the form or fillings. There must be three people on the board and you mainly need some other persons like a secretary, president, and treasurer. While drafting the bylaws and policies of the organization you have to consent with a legal person and board of directors as well. The EIN number is presented after you receive your business license and used for tax purposes (Profits, C. A., 2014).
