THE ISLAND Norn is the name given to island which has recently appeared in the Pacific Ocean and the booming metropolis which inhabits much of the island itself. Originally a spot of conflict as many countries tried to stake their claim upon the island rich with resources, the United Nations eventually labelled it as a land with no country. With an official language of English, currently, Norn is a place bustling with life and diverse culture as it has become a hot spot for sorting out international relations and a major port for trade. To them, it was a utopian world untouched by the sins of humanity, free from blight and the desecration of decay. It was a place where they could flourish untouched and in truth they quickly thrived upon the relishing freedom of the island. It was their home. But all utopians never last long and Norn would be no exception to the track of time. Humanity soon descended upon the island with desirous hands, eager to scavenge the lush resources and the peregrine treasures which roamed the land. The nymphs were still stubborn, even a bit rebellious when it came to intercepting the encroaching steps of strangers. If it had only been humanity, perhaps there could have still been a proper severance of nymphs and humans - nymphs were gifted in hiding from searching human eyes after all. But then came the lovers of crimson, the vampires. Led by their queen Liu Meifeng, the coven is lured to Norn with the prospect of a new paradise, something the creatures of the night have thirsted for a new land to sink their teeth into and carve into their own liking. Viewed by the unsuspecting as the pinnacle of humanity. the prestige of the vampire has them easily harmonising and blending in with humanity.
