With large financial assets that the Northrop Grumman has advancement in the ever growing market growth in the aerospace and defense market so show growth. Northrop Grumman?s new Triton unmanned system, has expected sales in the market growing at a rate of fifteen percent this year as compared to the previous two years at ten percent.

WO STRATEGIES

W1/O1 ? With the overdependence on the US, Northrop Grumman can shift their attention to the ever-growing concerns of Homeland Security both in the US and abroad, to secure stronger foothold in the growing market. With the emphasis of seaports and transfer stations that can offer front line defense against terrorism, illegal cargo, drugs, and weapons of mass destruction.

W2/O2 ? Major declines in defense spending can dramatically hurt Northrop Grumman financially; growth in global aerospace and defense market focusing on allies and foreign governments can be a new focus, offering new products to services the needs of that nation?s request.
