Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin there was a serial killer and sex offender known as Jeffrey Dahmer. This notorious killer did not only kill 17 men, but consumed some of the flesh of his victims and masturbated over one of the corpses through the late 70’s and most of the 80’s This killer had multiple trials but was not convicted for his crimes until early 1992.

The victim’s name was Steven Hicks a hitchhiker who so happened to be picked up by Jeffrey Dahmer that night. Steven Hicks did not have a place to stay so Jeffrey offered to let him stay at his parents’ house. At the house they drank beer and had intercourse. Hicks knew it was wrong and wanted to leave. But when Hicks tried leaving Jeffrey got a barbell and struck him with a blow to the head. Jeffrey freaked out and had to do something with a dead corpse. So he dismembered the body packed it into plastic bags and buried the parts in the woods behind his parents’

A few years later in 1981 Jeffrey Dahmer was arrested for disorderly conduct. His father just about had enough of Jeffrey’s behavior. His father got a thought of leaving Jeffrey with his grandmother in Wisconsin. But the move to Wisconsin did not cease him from causing mischief again. Jeffrey proceeded to have alcohol issues and in the fall of 1986 he got arrested for masturbating in front of two young boys. He received from this odd behavior a one year probation sentence.

One year after his arrest, Jeffrey was to take his second victim. One September afternoon in 1987 Jeffrey had decided to go to a gay bar, where he met Steven Toumi. After a few drinks, they made a decision to get a motel room and drink some more before passing out. The next morning Steven Toumi was found dead beside Jeffrey. Jeffrey claimed in his confession of his 1992 case trial that he found Toumi dead when he awoke. But the true facts they unraveled were that, Jeffrey bought a large suitcase and transported Steven Toumi’s body to his grandmother’s basement.
