Melbourne has added many schools and educational spaces that educate all the kids, and it is very important for the infrastructure and liveability of Melbourne. In Canberra, there are many sidewalks where people and bikers can walk or ride to school and work very safely. This is what Nova Horizon is prepared to implement in their city. Explanation of management strategies: A way that Nova Horizon could fix its liveability problems is by sending out surveys to all its residents. This could be effective because everyone can give their opinion, which is very important to figure out what everyone needs. Nova Horizon can compare itself to other cities that have a very high rating for good liveability, such as Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, and Vienna. By doing this, they could see what they have done to a high standard and see what some of their flaws are, and they could fix the flaws to make them better.
