The questions and focus for the inquiry has also combined these constructs of the NPT conceptual framework (May & Finch, 2009) with the other conceptual framework, the patient pathway (DH, 2007). Utilising concepts of the patient pathway, the interview assesses factors influencing the implementation process, developing a unique and collective experiential account of how aspects of the pathway have been adapted, and what the experiences and rationales were accompanying these. The FT provides primary care psychotherapeutic interventions in nine services across a varied range of settings, as a mixture of six IAPT services and three Primary Care Mental Health Services. All responses and analyses are set in a context using statistical data that is in the public domain and collected by various bodies.
