If you know me and see me online quite often, you would notice that I'm very helpful to everyone eventhough I wasn't even thinking of applying. I just like it I guess. Everytime I join the server all I do is paying attention into the chat so if someone needs help I can help him as soon as possible. I always see questions like, where is the end exit, where are the cow spawners and a lot more. Unforunately, when I asnwer to their questions, they don't see my name cause a lot of players are spamming and talking and it's hard to see.
Maturity:

I know experience plays a really big role when applying but everyone needs to start of something. After watching several staff series on youtube and paying attention into the chat, I know every single command that a staff member have, depends on what he is, and I also know all the periods of each ban. Exp, racism, xray, hacked client etc. Another thing is that I know how to screenshare. *Should I put full guide or people will say "Remove the guide, you did it only to make your app look bigger"
