Scarlett O’Hara perfectly represented the South, before, during, and after the war. Scarlett was spoiled, had no real compassion for others, and was extremely manipulative. At the beginning of the movie you could easily see how spoiled Scarlett was, she had everything she wanted (material wise) and still was unsatisfied.
