Barack Obama’s oration shed light on the distress that most Americans were undergoing and he conveyed the solutions that he would bring about with the plan he intended on implementing. Americans have been dealing with distress in numerous manners, whether it be low tier experiences inside the classroom, low tier or nonexistent health insurance, issues with retiring and remaining secure, or living situations. These threats have been a reality for low and middle-class individuals. These individuals are subject to declining, or at best, stationary wages while prices of everything from food to gas to shelter soared. This calculation is largely due to scarcity as it relates to opportunity, and the fact that the more affluent population are the only ones reaping any benefits, even the simple ones. Inequity is experiencing a real inclination, and the dream that most Americans once had is fast becoming extinct. Most middle and low-class individuals are not able to find careers that they can remain comfortable in for any real amount of time and many who have found a career of any sort has also found it to be motionless in relation to advancement or inclination in wages. These new found things taking place has held the middle-class American down while simultaneously catapulting the affluent high-class individuals. Even the country is now depending on debt. Educational debt is one of the problems that is having a devastating effect on citizens of this country. Per the probability of this dream that Americans have, the obstacle of healthiness, has been removed because of the newfound inexpensiveness of preventative care due to the administration lowering the costs. The affordable act also aided with the amount of people able to take advantage of receiving coverage. Components believed to have made America’s dream out of reach consists of lavish getaways, building large families, mountains of debt, and issues with retirement.
