The lifestyle and the diet of Americans are coupled with negative effects to their physical and mental health. One way Americans can get a little exercise is by grocery shopping. It is a weekly activity that synthesizes exercise by causing them to leave their houses to walk around the store and even lift bags of groceries. People with obesity may be more likely to be depressed. When exercising a chemical in the brain is produce called dopamine. Dopamine is a chemical that causes happiness in a person. With the sedentary lifestyle of Americans, depression is more likely because there is no natural way of receiving dopamine besides exercising. The physical condition of an obese person can be difficult to deal with. An obese person can become tired from a tiny exertion of effort, but also he or she might have problems with diabetes because their diet of fast-food is full of sugar and
