Obesity is the most dominant, lethal, lingering, and relapsing disorder in this century. The swift growth in obesity has been a major public concern over the past twenty years. We live in a country that is overwhelmed with obesity, even though America is a very advanced country with technology, and has great economic power. As humans age our body weight has a tendency to increase as well. Today, especially in America, obesity has become so accustomed to people of all ages. Obesity is not only a concern of appearance, it is more a concern of a person’s health.
