(Healthy Active 2008). Obesity can cause or associate itself with many risks in people’s lives, it can cause the risk of life threating illness, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes and its complications, coronary heart disease, stroke, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, and respiratory problems.
