Obesity is a topic that has been discussed for decades, many people believed that weight gain was caused by fat instead of sugar, this leads to people removing fat from almost every product to gain money as labeling the product as fat-free. But in this case, something had to take the place of the fat, which was sugar. Mainly the problem comes from fructose that is in the sugar.
