For a statement to be “objectively true” indicates that it is the true for everyone, even if they do not know or realize it. For example: “Water and air are essential to maintain life”. In this paper, I will investigate the controversial argument of whether or not truth is objective or subjective. I shall claim that objective truth is most likely to be true. I believe my position stands correct for the reason that, the idea of an objective truth means a truth that remains true for everyone and everywhere regardless of any situation, which is unconventional from ones personal emotions and feelings. Truth is most likely to be objective because truth is what has already occurred or what is real, not what someone wants to occur or wants to be true. And so the idea of truth being objective is simply that no matter what is believed by people, some things will infinitely be true and others will be false. Everything that is perceived in life is most likely nothing more than perception. It is said that we cannot compare perception itself, for that everyone has their own senses and ability to perceive things.
