Initially, Mollie did not conform to old Major’s teachings. Mollie enjoys wearing ribbons, but is told that ribbons are the animals enemy treasures; and the animals should not wear them. When the animals defeat the humans, the humans ribbons are to go with them. But, Mollie did not care and chose to ignore the animals. After the rebellion, the animals found Mollie “in the best bedroom...taken a piece of blue ribbon from Mrs. Jones’s dressing table...admiring herself in the glass”(41). The rebellion ends in high casualties because the animals fought to get justice for all the animals on the farm. Immediately, the animals create their own laws and take control of the farm.
