After asking others about how they would rank the set of capacities listed above, I learned my strengths and weaknesses. My strengths include empathy and the ability to inspire trust as well as meaning, creativity, and the passion for the mission of the organization. My weaknesses include taking the initiative, intellect, and play. There are many things that I can do to further strengthen my strengths. Empathy and the ability to inspire trust is very important for an occupational therapist because clients need to trust that you care about them and that you are going to do your best to help them get better. Also, having empathy and the ability to inspire trust will help me with future employers because an employer wants to trust that their employee is good at their job and that they will work hard to reach and bring out the mission of their organization. Something else that will help me capture an employers attention will be my passion for the mission of the organization. I will do my best to show my employer that I care about the mission of their organization and that I care about succeeding as an organization. Another skill that will set me apart from others is my dedication and motivation to succeed as an occupational therapist. I will work extra hours, always put my clients first, and always stay professional in order to show my future employer that I am dedicated and serious about performing my job to the fullest. Something else that I will do is work on the criteria listed above and will show my employer that I can take the initiative, and that I have the intellect and all the skills necessary to become
