The duration of the OET Reading subtest is 60 minutes. The aim of the OET reading subtest is to assess the reading skills of the test takers in healthcare settings. It consists of two texts that accompany with multiple-choice questions. The OET reading questions are suitable for all the medical and health professions. The texts are based on health-related topics. Each text is accompanied with 10-14 questions or incomplete statements about the text. There will be four suggested answers. The test takers are required to choose the one answer which you think fits best. You will be given a written leaflet with the text and questions and a separate answer sheet to complete.
