The hall of fame running back is O.J Simpson, the waitress is his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson, and the crime scene is the death of her and her friend Ronald Goldman. Orenthal James Simpson became the trial of the century, his rise to fame must be understood. O.J. Simpson was born in San Francisco, California in 1947. When O.J. was in high school at Galileo High School, he was a standout on the football team. Even though he was a fantastic player, he had to attend City College of San Francisco to get his grades up and then eventually landed at the University of Southern California. Once Simpson was on the campus of USC he caught the attention of everyone, winning the Heisman trophy in 1968, and also being a two-time all American running back at the school. “O.J. Simpson Biography” Simpson was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in 1969 and had one of the best careers in NFL history have five consecutive years of over 1,000 rushing yards and he was the first running back to have over 2,000 rushing yards in a season. “O.J. Simpson Biography” Simpson had a short acting career after he retired from the NFL appearing in movies such as The Klansman and The Naked Gun. Most of his fame acting came from the Hertz commercials in which he was running through an airport in a rush jumping over luggage and avoiding obstacles while he attempts to catch a flight.
