Oliver Brown and many of others thought it wasn’t fair for a child to be denied education and decided to do something about it.Oliver Brow’s daughter was denied access into schools because of her race and he wasn’t going to let that stop him. Mr.Brown took his compliant to higher authority hoping something would change.“Oliver Brown filed a class-action suit against the Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas” (Brown 2). Browns daughter being denied entrance to Topeka’s all-white elementary school. With taking it to higher authority it made its way to court.Brown believed something wasn’t right, so when taking it to court he [Oliver Brown] found that laws were being broken. The world has opened there eyes just a little and has seen how unfair the world is.Oliver has been revolutionary without his knowing his has started to inspired people all over the country to show people what there doing isn’t right.With he help of people from the community for example Ester Brown and “ began a fight for racial justice in Kansas school district. Shocked by the condition of an all black school in the South Park neighborhood of her African American made, brown took her complaints to the all-white school board, which was then supporting a bond issue for a well-equipped new school for whites” (Super 1).Oliver really didn’t know why blacks were able to go to school so she knew she was capable of helping.
