Introduction: China is the second largest country by land area, covering approximately 9.6 million square kilometers. In addition, it is the world's most populous country with a population of over 1.38 billion. Moreover, because of this large number of population, china faces serious social and economic problems. Overly populated regions lead to degradation of land and recourses, pollution, and bad living conditions. The Chinese government has tried to find a solution to the problem of increasing population. Therefore, in 1979 they introduced the one child policy that worked well in controlling the population and raised the living standards by keeping growth rates down. This way or idea called (One child policy), and it is a part of the family planning policy. One child policy was the result of president (Chairman Mao) mistake. In 1958, he encouraged each family in china to have more than 4 children's believing that having more children's will protect and be a shield for the country, also he stopped the farmers from planting and working in the field of agriculture to rapidly transform the agricultural community to a modern society, he called this idea the (Great Leap Forward). This idea increased the population rate from 18 million to 32.5 and ended with a huge number of people, who was suffering from famine and tens of millions of died people (internet source 2). In (figure 1) the great leap forward, the death rate got the highest point on 1960, because of the tens millions of people which died because of a famine (internet source 3). In addition, the birth rate was at the highest point for the hole last 50 years ago in the same decade. The government recognized many negative impacts that this policy is leaving on the country. Firstly, the abortion rate increased. Children killed, majority are girls. Since couples only can have one child so, they want it to be a boy, which will provide labor, moneymaking source. This issue increased the number of infant children, specifically girls who killed after born. In addition, the abortion became very common in china after they inform them that the baby's gender is female or the government force the parents to abort the child if it was there second baby (internet source
