Mexican culture is extremely rich; from our food to our macho reasoning. Even though I am extremely proud of my culture, I believe there can be a lot of trimming. One of the things that I dislike about my culture, and that we are characterized by, is: "Machismo".

According to my culture me as a gentleman am suppose to: take care of my family, pay for housing, pay for groceries, and bills in general. My wife is suppose to: take care of our kids, wash clothes, and cook. However, Mrs. Cisneros wanted more; She wanted to become a writer. The moment her father realized that she was not in college for the purpose of getting married, he said, "What a waste of
