Oprah's interpersonal and communication skills have had a magnificently dramatic impact on her career. She genuinely began at the bottom, and now look at her. Oprah did this "for herself and the show," as implied by the question, and while she did so, it was to improve the viewing experience for her audience (better known as "fans"). What good is a talk show host without listeners, after all? She constructed her personal studio and took over for the fans since she is aware of how powerful she is. She may create a large structure and carry out her desires in this way. Now that she has more creative ideas, she can reach out to more individuals. She can make video calls to guests who are unable to visit the studio, she met many more people than she did in the 1980s, and let us not forget about her website and the Oprah app, which provide audiences with astounding accessibility features. She can communicate with millions of people in a matter of seconds through Twitter. It is now simpler for Oprah to interact with her followers’ thanks to technology. Instead of only being on the show, she is now in touch with them constantly. Now that she only needs to post it on social media to succeed, she can be influential much more easily.
4- How would you assess Oprah's abilities at encoding her messages when she was holding court with her audience during the Oprah Winfrey Show? Use evidence from the case to support your answer.
She's quite skilled at it. Her audience has the impression that she is telling them a personal story, and they are all listening and nodding along. Her audiences are also highly diverse; therefore, she needs to cover a particular range of subjects in order to make an impact on various demographics. Guests frequently find themselves divulging information to viewers of national television that they would have never thought to do.
5- Following up on question 4, what is the evidence from the case that Oprah's guests and audiences effectively decoded her messages, and that communication and understanding were achieved?
