ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to make a plan on how I intend to expand my business from the paper I wrote before this one. I am going to outline a financial plan to for my small business. I will then develop a guerilla marketing strategy for my small business. Next, I will discuss the most appropriate location for a second store using a street address that exists in real life. The final thing I will do is outline a plan for securing sources of debt financing for my second store. One of the first things I will do is create a website for the daycare just so prospective parents can look at it and see what we are all about. The next thing I will do is create brochures, banners, and business cards to hang up and pass around all over town. I will then place our daycare on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. Most businesses these days have a social media page, it’s how they connect with the rest of the world. I will then reach out to all the local newspapers as well as some family magazines to have them ad an advertisement about my daycare in one of their issues. I named it this because our children will be the future leaders of America and we will teach them everything we can to help them be the best they can be. There will be a lot of a lot of things that I need to start my second business. Those start-up costs will be things such as building costs, insurance fees, outdoor equipment, and marketing costs. I will also have to pay for a lot of operating expenses such as salaries, Medicaid taxes, and the monthly utility bill. My marketing strategies for the second daycare will be to create websites, brochures, banners, and business cards. The location for my second daycare will be 142 Cedarcrest Rd. This location is the perfect area for my second daycare because surrounded by businesses that attract a lot of people and when those people drive by they will see out daycare. This is good for business; it’s like the locations itself is advertising the daycare. I plan on securing sources of debt financing for the new daycare by using credit cards, term loans, and friends and family. I will use credit cards to purchase things the daycare needs and pay for it later on within the set timeframe. I will use term short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term loans from lenders to pay for things such as utilities, fencing, etc.. and pay the lenders back within the appointed time frame.
