According to Parmer's report (2016), the recession of the U.S economy in 2009 caused many companies to outsource departments that were not as important for their manufacturing. Customer Service call centers were one of the main ones. The issue involved in call centers outside of their home country was the restriction of the workers to have access to the manufacturers or the support needed in order to solve client complaints. This restriction has the potential to affect the product and service provided to clients directly.
