Math: According to classroom assessment, progress monitoring data, Wyatt can add one digit by one digit, identify place value up to one thousand, and round to the nearest ones, tens, hundreds and thousands. He struggles with recalling basic math facts, number sense, math reasoning, numerical operations and organizing multi-steps problem solving which impacts his function ability to work independently. He continues to struggle with grade level concepts and application. He often times requires prompting to begin, maintain and complete a task.
