I would like to apply for the Finance Analyst with the Pace Equity as posted on the careers website. I am graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May with a degree in history, and am looking to start my career in the marketing and business field. I am very interested in working for sustainability aspect of business to help improve buildings and efficiency. I was first introduced to PACE Equity this last semester when I had the pleasure to hear the founder Beau Engman speak to my Environmental Challenges in Business class about applications of PACE. Mr. Engman revealed that one of my most revered building in downtown Milwaukee the Mackie building. How PACe was able to facilitate finding to save an historic building and rehabilitate was very appealing. My love for building is strong. filling the gap to was utilizing PACE to allow owners to finance their energy improvements..How much of the market for energy is used by commercial buildings and how PACE invests in the private sector for energy efficiency. …show more content…
These courses gave me an introduction to aspects of the business and operations viewpoints, but more importantly, they taught me how academic coursework can be connected to real life business challenges and situations. Moreover, I am experienced in writing, researching analytical and specific information. I have exceedingly managing multiple deadlines for projects and assignments and requirements through my coursework. I have experience in writing and communicating efficiently and effectively to in my student career. My academic career has sharpened my abilities to work independently, attention to detail, creativity and critical thinking skills. In addition, I am skilled with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Autodesk and tech
