Her life was filled with up and downs. The impressive thing is that she was able to turn all of that around and become a very respected women.
Once upon a time in the early 1830s, lived a young lady Bessie Vanburen, her a daughter Brea Vanburen and Bessie husband Brandon Vanburen. The Vanburen lived in a small town called Camelot, in the middle of nowhere, where Bessie grew up at. Back in 1821 Bessie and her mother Brenda weren’t getting along because Bessie was becoming a teenager. Brenda and Bessie would never see eye to eye. So one Day Brenda came home yelling about something and Bessie got very upset and couldn’t take the stressing anymore.
Viola Irene Desmond has been recognized as an important person to Canadian history because it is to commemorate and acknowledge the brave actions of a woman who took a stand against racism and segregation. Also it is important to remember and to learn from history so that history does not repeat itself. Desmond was a beautician and mentor to young black women at her beauty school. She was falsely arrested on November 8th, 1946 at Roseland Theatre in Nova Scotia. Because of this action she rose up and fought against her charges.
Country music is full of talented individuals, male and female. The entire genre is comprised of world class songwriters, singers, artists, and management and production teams. Walking around Nashville, you’re never in short supply of “the next big thing.” Country music has gone from smokey bar rooms, to some of the biggest musical stages and venues imaginable. In a world where a Carrie Underwood show isn’t complete without a few costume changes to entertain 10,000 screaming fans, it leaves you to wonder why some of the most equally or more talent individuals still struggle to have their music gain huge traction.
There are many wonderful people in history, one of those people are Jacqueline Cochran. She had a few jobs but she felt that they were not the ones that she desired the most. She was first to do something, and what she did was something that is inspiring to us. Jacqueline Cochran was a person. She was born in West Florida circa in 1906.
Jane Addams life as a child was not easy, she had a congenital spinal defect which led to her never being physically strong and her father who served for sixteen years as a state senator and fought as an officer in the Civil War always showed that his thoughts of women were that they were weak, and especially her with her condition. But besides that she lived a very privileged life since her father had many famous friends like the president Abraham Lincoln. Jane was determined to get a good education which she ended up getting. She went to Rockford sanitary for women which is now called Rockford University and she also studied to be a doctor but had to quit because she was hospitalised too many times. Being sick affected her life very much so when she got older she remedied her spinal defect with surgery.
Being able to grow up without her mother, Dorothy Parker was a spectacular writer and was able to convey her message to the readers in a straightforward way saying that some relationships fail and not everything is perfect. Anne is again, talking to Peter in this quote. It is outstanding how she can still be positive when everything around her, is crashing down. After being cooped up for almost two years, she can still sit down and appreciate all parts of life. Anne pulled Peter aside to show him the beautiful sky; even if their conditions aren’t the best. A great way to have yourself taken seriously, is to be a great example yourself.

Betty Parris aged 9 was the first to be afflicted by witchcraft in Salem in 1692. Betty Parris became very ill during the cold winter of 1692, she dove under furniture, complained of fever and she contorted in pain however, the cause of her behavior was medically unclear so doctor William Griggs claimed she was bewitched. Several other girls developed similar symptoms including her eleven-year-old cousin Abigail Williams, Ann Putnam, Mercy Lewis and Mary Walcott. The girls were urged by Rev. Parris (Betty’s father) and others to name the witches. They accused the homeless beggar Sarah Good, elderly Sarah Osburn and Indian slave Tituba who were arrested and taken to magistrates Johnathan Corwin and John Hathorne.
