The management team includes staffs from different academic disciplines and qualification. The management team is headed by Ronald M. Shaich who is the chief executive officer and the founder and chairman of Panera Bread. Mr. Shaich has a wealth of experience and achievements. He was awarded the 2011 MUFSO pioneer award for being one of the most significant contributors to the history of food service industry. He backed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University and MBA from Harvard business school. William W Moreton is the executive vice chairman of Panera bread from august 2013 to date. He is the one overseeing Panera’s legal, HR and consumer packed Goods department. Moreton served as Panera’s chief financial and administrative officer. He obtained a BSC in Accounting and he is a certified public accountant. Michael Bufano is the chief information officer of Panera Bread since April 2015. He is in charge of Panera’s finance, accounting and investor relations department. He has a wealth of experience before joining Panera.
