In the novel Paper Towns by John Green is a very interesting, fun, and suspenseful. the first part of this novel takes place in Orlando, Florida. The setting in this novel changes frequently.
Quentin Jacobsen a young, loving, and nice teenage boy looking for his true love Margo Roth Spiegelman.Quentin Jacobsen well known as Q is out narrator and protagonist. "I liked routine. I liked being bored. I didn’t want to, but I did.” Quentin (26). Q is a person that has a routine and once he gets into the routine he will never come out. "That’s always seemed so ridiculous to me, that people would want to be around someone because they’re pretty. It’s like picking your breakfast cereals based on colour instead of taste.” Margo (41). The reason this quote describes the superficiality of Quentin's love for Margo. Q knows little of her personality, but what he sees her outside he fells like he has known her, his whole life. One night Margo asks Q to help get revenge a lot of people. She plans to get revenge on everyone who has done her wrong over the last year. They prank everyone from her ex-boyfriend to the school bully and stay out until it’s almost dawn. They even break into Sea World. Q thinks their friendship may start form again. But, later that morning, he discovers that Margo has disappeared, with no sign of where she may have gone. The climax of the novel is when Q finally discovers that the map of New York, that lines up with pin holes Q found in the wall of the abandoned mall. And one point
