Paul Revere was not a unique hero before the battle of Lexington.I am going to explain the meaning of the poem,the poem explained about Paul revere’s journey and we he did that day and the feelings that he felt going through the town warning people about the British For example in the poem it said “A moment only he feels the spell of the place of the place and hour and the secret of the dread “This is saying the feeling of the town is dead because of the silence and everybody feels this concern and fear of danger .In the poem it also said what the town was like and what was going through his head the time of his journey .The poem is also written as a second person insted of him saying what he was expirencing and insted a narrartor was stating what Paul revere was going through that day.
