The reason I am writing this report is to provide a peer review of the Food Hubs:Solving Local Http
. In this report I will review the page design, organization, legal, ethical, and cultural considerations along with the content and style of the executive summary.

The Food Hubs: Solving Local document is about informing business executives in the food industry about food hubs and what they can do for them. For Instance, It provides the executives with the names and abilities of five food hub companies. It also explains why food hubs are needed. A few of the reasons are consumers want to buy local food that is safe and does not impact the environment in a hazardous way. Also noted is that food hubs are relatively new businesses most around five years old. They are profitable and they are expanding. …show more content…

The Front and end matter is not for a diverse group of people. Heading are in a different color it would be just as easy to find if it was in bold. The visual are very useful for example the picture at the end of the overview.

The Organization is adequate and the information is in bit sized chunks but I believe that the definitions of food hub and the food hub facts would have been better at the beginning of the overview instead of at the end. The information being displayed side by side gave me some problems. My suggestion would have been to just write it altogether. It is easy to see what the author sees as most important it is highlighted and bold and bullets are used to make them easily visible. The structure of the document is fine.

There are no cultural considerations in this document. The ethical consideration seem to not have been violated since there are no guarantees made. Legal considerations all taken care of with proper references, citations, and
