Process of the merger and acquisition that occur at this time to my company has a direct implication to the employees. In microeconomic, the implementation of this process has turned out to be a positive influences like cost efficient and more competitive, but it can also provide of form of disappointment, conflict, and even the failure of the process of merger itself. At the macro level of economy, this merger and acquisition that happened have not had a major impact, only a few impact. The positive implication is that we could offer a full range of product to end customers, The achievement of excellence products of the competitive power market and being differentiated between other competitor, however there are a negative sides occurs internally, like changing position on management level, uncertainty positions at top management level. Even though, there is a big gap between ERICO’s Policy, in ethical way, ERICO employees must follow Pentair to get the acquisition to be succeed. Other dilemmas surrounding the merger and acquisition between ERICO and Pentair at this times with issue of how to run the company later on, since each company have a different method in doing or running their business and spread all over the countries, I think that ERICO must follow Pentair in the way of their running the business, which will effect the operation process of the organization, and might take a bit longer time to adapt to Pentair.
