I would love to start with a quote from our lovely actress Octavia Spencer that says,“the way to bring about change is to be proactive and active.” It really makes me feel grateful to be here today and to have the opportunity to share my opinion about the situation that our country is living with people as determined as you are. People that will do anything to make our country better than what it is. People who have laziness are not part of their life because we know that if we want to change something, that we don't like, we need to work hard. We all know that our commander in chief is making some changes in our country. Changes that will affect our safety, our health, and our families. We can see the fear on the eyes of so many families from different races that knows that thanks to this changes their rights might be in danger. It didn't matter for what you were fighting for because we got together as nation to make our government hear us and let them know that we won't stop until they realize that it doesn't matter what race you are or who you are. We are all the same and we should be treated like that. The women's march was just the start of the movement we are fighting for because we will not stop.
