A person who is followed by people around due to her/his values and way of thinking for a common goal. Leadership is a way of life. Leadership is making people’s life easier. Leadership comes from the nature, but can be improved

Once the person become successful on this duty, then she/he can go for the second phase which is leading the others. Leading others requires being selfless, devoted and visionary.
2.Description of ideal-self leader
I want to lead people by ensuring that the people are leading themselves. As Akin Ongor did in the Garanti Bank, I will be a leader who is respected and followed by heart not by enforcement. Shared values and common goal are required in order to create such an environment.
The Future Tolga, who achieved my leadership potential will be followed by everyone involved in the community that he is in. He is in a top position in a global company with lots of responsibilities, and will be moving around the globe to concern every stakeholder in the community that he is part of.
Based on his current Emotional Intelligence survey results, he is highly self-aware person which helps him to act by sensing the potential improvements required for him and acts on time. For example, if a meeting needs to be held with a Chinese firm, he would know that working with different culture needs some effort just before it. Beginning from himself, he would start learning about the culture and trainings would be planned for the co-workers. Thanks to his ability to delay gratification, he will keep his endeavor until reaching his goal as a
