We walked up to the “Scorpion”. I knew it was big, but I was with my mom and around family, so my anxiety immediately disappeared. I knew sooner or later that I was going to end up going on one, so I might as well just get it over with and it was
I was waiting in line at the Rockin Roller Coaster at Disney World, and I had butterflies in my stomach. The line was so long and when people got off they looked very shaken. The tunnel that led inside of the Rockin Roller Coaster was really dark inside, and the music was really loud. When I was waiting in line I really wanted to tell my mom and dad that I did not want to ride the ride anymore, but instead I said, “Have you ever ridden the Rockin Roller Coaster before?”
For the longest time had I been asking to go here, the day has finally came. I was nine then, my first time at Cedar Point (other then when I was like two or three but I don’t count that) and for most of the car ride I was all smiles. My family would look out and see who could be the first one to find the roller coasters. I thought it took forever to get through the car lines-being an anxious and impatient girl-
Everyone was so excited except for me. We went to a roller coaster. I told my mom that I was scared but she told me to try it and I did. And now I’m not scared of roller coasters anymore.
Before we knew it we were only one behind. I started to get nauseated and I was freaking out. I had clammy hands and my friends were starting to worry about me. It was now our turn and there wasn't any stopping now. I got on
It was my brother Matthew, my mom, my dad and I . After riding in the car for hours, we got to the hotel. My dad and I unloaded all the stuff out of the car. We waited on the elevator and listened to the music, we were on the 14th floor! I flew through the room to call dibs on the top bunk.
As the clock ticked by I knew I was going to have to do this eventually. My friends and I love the theme parks. We both run beyond our parents to our favorite parts. There was always the dropper we were both too short to go on. This year we were finally tall enough.
So the only person who would go with me was my dad. My dad must have known how badly I wanted to go on the ride, so he agreed to go with me. However, my dad kept hesitating to go on the ride. He kept asking me if I really wanted to do this and if I was sure. Finally, he ended up asking me if I was scared.
All the classes that were going were put into two separate lines. We approached the subway station, the sun beamed in my eyes like laser. The train came about five minutes later. Everyone felt harried as we were trying to get onto the train like a bunch of bulls. I had my eyes set on a seat which all my friends rushed over, too.
To soon the rollercoaster was coming to a graceful stop. I actually enjoyed the ride that I thought was going to be my last. As I stepped off I muttered, “Can I go again?” Being the daredevil i am i had to ride it one last time before the day of excitement was
My brothers were walking when we first got there because they were playing Pokémon. After a while we got tired of walking around Six Flags. Out of nowhere my brothers said in unison “It’s time to go ride the Goliath!” “NO! Can’t we just ride some roller coasters I rode before like the Skyscraper or the luney toons one?” I told him.
We got in line my cousin quickly followed behind us. Soon we caught up to the actual line where all of the people were. And my mom said, ‘’you don’t have to ride it ever again if you ride it right now,’’ now I was getting persuaded.
Luckily everyone was still awake so we were not stuck outside. As soon as we walk in my grandma and grandpa give me and my brother a big hug. Then my cousins come up to meet me for the first time. My aunt all ready asleep. “How was your flight?”
Time crawled by until I was allowed to leave. Finally getting back, my fiance was waiting with a grocery bag. I was lucky he talked to me, cared about me. No one talked to me
Up until I was 12 years old I was absolutely terrified of roller coasters but during the summer before sixth grade I decided to face that fear. I stood on the sidewalk in front of the monstrous blue object with carts speeding back and forth. I heard the screams of many people as they fell towards the ground. The cart sped above me making a roaring sound. The water sprayed up behind them as the ride was finishing.
