Personal Narrative: A Day In School

This morning I arrived into Ms.Tobasco’s classroom I had seen on the board when I walked into the classroom and sat down at my desk that we had a assignment the night before and that we needed to pull up the assignment so Ms.Tobasco could go around the room and check to make sure it was done. I had completely forgotten about the assignment that night I had such a busy night that I also really didn’t have any time to get my assignment done. I had to watch two kids named keiley and brayden I had to help them get there own homework done and had to feed them it was just along process by the time my boss had gotten home it was eleven o’clock at night I then had to go home and still had a lot to do so when I got home it was about almost twelve midnight …show more content…

I had to fix my hair and makeup then get dressed that only left me a few minutes to get breakfast before I had to leave my house to walk to school I ended up leaving my house later than I should have on my walk to school I remembered that I still had homework that needed to be completed and how I didn’t have time to do my homework last night because I had to babysit I thought to myself there has to be another way for me to watch these kids and get my homework done at the same time. While walking to school rain started pouring out of the sky from the middle of nowhere I was drenched by the time I had gotten to school also only having two minutes till the tardy bell rang. I ran up the stairs while partially slipping on the steps with my wet, slimy shoes from stepping in a huge mud puddle. I thought to myself how else could my day get any worse the last tardy bell had rung and I was late to class with no excuse. I walked into Ms.Tobasco’s class knowing that I didn’t have my homework I talked to Ms.Tobasco one on one conversation and I told what happened and why I didn’t have time to do my assignment she said she understands why I couldn’t get my assignment done and that I could turn it in the next
