My partner is Cathryn Cusano, she has lived in Easton, Pennsylvania throughout her entire life. Cathryn has a love for softball and has played ever since she was a little girl. During Cathryn’s senior year of high school she had multiple offers to play softball for elite colleges in the area. She started out having an amazing season, the team was also thriving which eventually resulted in them making it to the playoffs. It was the first round of playoffs and Cathryn was on first base, one of her teammates was up to bat.
This book also covers how it influenced Irwin Fischer, Ross Lee Finney, and George Crumb in their compositions. Since she studied under Irwin Fischer when she studied composition at the American Conservatory of Music, she witnessed firsthand the professionalism, and this is where she gained her inspiration for the book. These three composer of three of the top known American composers, hints the name Three American Composers. A few other books she wrote is American Operas, Music in Europe and the United States, and Music Melting round.
For this interview, I spoke to Vera Holczer, a 40-year-old immigrant from Hungary. For 19 years, Vera lived in Hungary’s capital with her mother. She has always had a passion for classical music especially on the piano. As a classically trained pianist Vera knew her time in Hungary was coming to an end if she wanted to pursue her dream of owning her own music school due to Hungary not having large openings for people perusing a professional level of music. At the age of 19 with “two suitcases and 8 dollars” she went off to live with her dad in Los Angeles, California.
As a handicapper general of Sisler High School, it is my duty to ensure everyone in this school is equal. No student is higher than the other. For example, it is my job to make sure Kamryn Mendoza is equal to the rest of her peers. I have to eliminate her off her special advantages and help her with her weaknesses. Kamryn is musically talented.
My parents are Jonathan & Tammy Banks. I have a twin sister named Amber Banks and an older sister that is 19 named Nicole Banks. My grandparents are Inez & Chip Banks. My first memory is watching my dad shoot a posium in the head like 5 times.
Though I’d never admit it to Stella, being a part time investigator has its perks. The pay is amazing. I have access to all the VIP parties and clubs in New York City, and always have tickets to the hottest broadway shows. I get to work with my best friend in the entire universe, Lily Holland. And also, because of my perk filled job, I’ve been able to meet Meghan Freaking Lovehart.
A hero is a person that takes time out of their everyday life to help a person in need. Katie Birrenkott, my older sister, is my hero. She is 24 years old, graduated from college, and back in her hometown to pursue her dreams as an independent woman. No matter who it is, she will be there for anybody.
Samantha Davenport would walk into class with an attitude some days. Some days she was a sarcastic little bundle. She was never just sitting down. She would roam the room, interacting with each and every student. Whether that interaction was getting in their face or tapping their shoulder to make sure they were paying attention, she was always there.
Before this time there were very few notable women in regards to the development of music. In almost every case women composers who were known previously were related or associated to a successful male composer. For instance the distinguished Clara Schumann, was the wife of Robert Schumann and Fanny Mendelssohn was the sister of Felix Mendelssohn. While Amy Beach did cross many milestones in regards to women composers, she did not believe that she had a hard time doing it. In an interview with Beach, published in The Etude, she states that she never personally felt handicapped in any way or felt prejudice against her for being a women.
Leslie, like you I was also surprised how I didn 't seem to have sufficient hours in the week to complete my commitment for my classes. I had to really pray and ask God to help me prioritize my time. Consequently juggling Family, Ministry, Work and my schooling seemed a little overwhelming. However this time management exercise helped me just to take a step back and make sure I had thing in the correct order of importance. Its refreshing to read of your experience, although there has been a little struggle and adjustments along the way, God is blessing you and you are able to be successful.

Many things make us love a person. Admiration, things that people do or say or qualities they may have that you would like to see in yourself but those kinds of feeling fade with time because we change. But true love is something more it's unconditional, the good, the bad, & the ugly no matter what it's there you can't run & you can't hide from it. One person in particular that I love is Lauren Alexis Hahn also known as Lexie. She's someone who means so much to me.
It’s only Wednesday, but I am getting ready for the holidays! Exchanging gifts with friends, I was gifted the most hideous Christmas sweater with a TV theme. It’s a knitted, ugly sweater with the colors of the season. The front has a picture of a TV set with monsters on the screen looking corny. If that wasn’t ugly enough, it’s been personalized to include famous TV actors making weird faces on the back.
Twelve is an interesting age for anyone. Right on the edge of becoming a teenager. New feelings and emotions. New insecurities. I was lost in my world of indecisiveness and fear.
