I received a phone call from the loan officer offering me a job if I did not accept the job from my realtor. We went forth with purchasing the home within the first mortgage payment we realized we was in over our head. During this time it was the financial crisis in America. I tried several time to contact the realtor and the loan officer no responses. My current job my salary was not enough to pay half of the mortgage. I searched every day for a new job with a high salary. I contacted the bank and other agency for help on reducing my mortgage rate. America was in shock during this time due to the down fall of the economy. When I contacted the bank I was on hold for hours and never reached anyone. I wrote letters to the bank tried several time to meet with someone in person. After months of trying to resolve the issues I went into depression and moved back to Indiana. The house went into foreclosure and I no longer had a fairy-tale life. This situation was a life lesson for me. I gather every resource possible to take control of my life. By going to financial classes, foreclosure seminars, community outreach programs and church. I almost gave up and finally I was contacted by a foreclosure advocate
