I woke up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore, birds chirping ,and the sun shining through my window. It was a busy morning for the rest of my family. But for me I have the whole day to surf. My sister Lily is having the last soccer game of the season, my Mom has a meeting at her work, and my Dad well he is my sister's coach so he basically has a soccer game to. After a small breakfast I hear my best friends car pull up. I run and put on my bathing suit and grab my blue and white surf board. I get in the car and my friends all scream Happy Birthday. When we get to the beach we grab our boards and pick a spot to surf. The surf was decent where we picked but we all wanted some bigger surf. “Alana, Teagan, Ava, and Scarlett” Tom, who is Ava's Dad . …show more content…

About 100 feet away stood Ava’s Dad. We all grabbed our boards and ran over. I thought that the waves were a little better but my Teagan, Ava, and Scarlett wanted to surf the waves over there. We got into the water we caught some pretty sick waves. It was calm for about 10 minutes when Teagan, Ava, and Scarlett caught some sick ride not more than 80 feet away. I just decided to relax for a minute and think of what to do after this. Teagan, Ava, and Scarlett had just gotten onto shore I wanted to catch one more decent wave. CRASH. I saw its 4 eyes and 9 arms the the teeth like blades on my arm. I yell for help and Teagan, Ava, Scarlett, and Ava's Dad rush into the water.
