Personal Narrative: Costa Rica

I am from Colombia, the land where the flowers blossom all year around in so many colors and shapes that allow us to export them, where the cities are surround by mountains, where the majority of the children have experienced the taste of mango directly from the tree, It is a country no far different from Costa Rica, but with a disadvantage, we are not using properly our natural sources, we are tearing apart our forests just to get some extra cash, we are not developing a real awareness about the damage we are causing. In addition, some of them may have had experience leaving their countries, but for others may be their first time, and for all the fears that bring in this process I want to provide any support. If we travel together we can remain together and as a group we can support each other, I could be a pillar for the strength of my group.
For my return to BHCC my plan involves; participate more actively in school activities, interact more with students, and especially encourage them to acknowledge that every moment of study abroad, can be twice enriching that stay inside the classroom. Because no matter where you go, at a certain time will be necessary to expose yourself and make mistakes, learn from them and move forward. Study and work outside open our minds to real questions, and real analysis toward out life decisions, and what it is even better, new friends come with the package of a great experience as to be
