Soccer and Fees Struggle Soccer is one of most famous sports around the world, for many parents the cost of paying fees is a struggle; however, soccer in Denver metro area should be free because kids will be healthy, active and will learn new skills. At an early age kids need to be involved in a team sport, but the fees are day to day struggle for many parents. As an example, I am raising three boys, and they were very fascinated by soccer. They asked me many times to register them in a soccer club, but the problem was the fees were so expensive and not affordable for everyone, especially for me who has three boys. It was about 700 dollars per season for all of them; whish makes it unaffordable. First I tried to look for free youth association or free school programs that can help youth with a soccer club, but I could not find one in Denver metro area. …show more content…

According to “Obesity Fact”, within CDC The Center For Disease Control And Prevention, “childhood obesity in USA has more than tripled since 1970, and about one in five school-aged children between (6-19) has obesity” (par1). Referring to those facts soccer is a good sport where kids can benefit from a good physical training; also by practicing the game kids will learn how to communicate and how to play as team. They will train themselves to have a sense of sportsmanship and challenge themselves to win a game by practicing and respecting rules.
