Personal Narrative

When all of my friends and I get together, we’re usually up to no good. From running around the neighborhood causing trouble, to doing something we call fireball. Clearly, we don’t think things through before actually doing them. We realize how stupid we are after it’s been done.

One summer day, all of my friends decided to meet up and hangout with each other. It happen to be a scorching hot day, but we still decided to go outside. I wanted to do some science experiments, so I suggested the idea. My friends were all on board and wanted to as well. So we sat down and thought for a while trying to think of fun experiments to do. One of my friends, Neil, decides to be the one to light it. Once the tennis ball is drenched in gasoline, he takes a hand lighter to make it catch fire. It took him a few tries but he finally got it. We were pretty amazed of what we were doing so we really didn’t know what to do with it. Then, one of my friends decides to kick it and that’s how it all started. We were pretty much playing soccer with a tennis ball on fire. Not thinking whatsoever, the ball was being kicked into people’s yards and just getting out of hand. So eventually the fire went out and we wanted to relight the ball and do it again. The fire from the spilled gasoline that didn’t get on the ball was still there. For some reason Neil wanted to make it big. Clearly he didn’t know that pouring gas on an open flame is extremely dangerous, so he doesn’t hesitate and just does it. This makes the fire big and luckily the gasoline tank didn’t blow up in his hands. While he is trying to stomp the fire out, one of my friends comes running out with pretty much a shot glass full of water thinking that’s going to do the job. Following him comes his mom realizing what we’re up to. She later signifies all the mom’s about it and I knew I had
