On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. Once on the back of my car, I retrieved my gloves out of the front seat.
Colorado, Nov. 14, 1935 Governor Legendre, I am Tanmayee and I am in my mid-teens. I am a victim of the dust storms. My family and I have been sick for the last few weeks, but my father’s condition is the worse. My family said everything is going to be okay, but my father has been diagnosed with dust pneumonia and the doctor said his survival chance low. As far as I have seen people are getting because they are inhaling the dust from the storms.
Christopher Browning’s book, Ordinary Men: Reserve Police Battalion 101 explains the story of the most infamous mass killing in modern history and the ordinary men who participated in this genocide. In this book Browning provides insight into who these ordinary men really are and their horrendous acts. The Police Battalion 101 became a mass-execution squad in Poland in 1942-43. Surprisingly every single one of these men were able to make the decision to avoid partaking in the killings with no repercussions, some left, while some stated that they were given no such choice and that they didn’t hear that part. When given the orders to take out these innocent Jews, some of the men pleaded that the reason they were hesitant to kill was the fact that they were simply just too weak.
The wind erosion that swept thick dust across the plains forced many families to abandon their farms and homes. The Dust Bowl was a disastrous event that lasted for multiple years in the 1930s. Dust, soil, and dirt ruined people’s lungs by being in the air. When too much of it is inhaled in the body, people may die. This has been one of the most horrifying events in all of United States of America.
In 2005, Carl Bryan was stopped in Coronado, California for a seat belt violation. Bryan had already been stopped that same morning on a speeding charge, at this point he was upset with himself. Because of this, he was hitting the steering wheel and yelling expletives at himself. He complied with the officer, when he requested to turn the radio down and pull to the curb. The following part is where Bryan and the officer 's story is different.

One night, during the cold winter, I walked along the side walk to reach the local store down the block. As I walked out, before I can realize it, I was dropping down onto the concrete while bullets swiftly passed me. I then began to run back home, but I wanted to keep running. Away from Chicago, away from the west side. Growing up in Chicago, it was easy to assume that there was nothing different beyond the blocks of my streets.
I attended Henry E. Lackey High School in Indian Head MD which is in Charles County MD I attended Lackey High School my ninth and both my tenth grade years around the beginning of 2016. My last month in Lackey High School was in February, before I left Cousin Jerry and the PPW from my high school told me about Job Corps. I couldn’t stay at Lackey because of the drama going on and my cousin knew Job Corps could provide me with a high school diploma and provide direction for my life. At Lackey High School I was constantly in trouble arguing, being defiant about the rules, and not attending class.
Recently me and my fellow classmates were given the opportunity to interview an urban teacher. The Urban teacher I was given was Mr.Fine, who is an african American male who has taught history and English in urban setting schools in the cities such as Brooklyn, New York and Atlanta, Georgia. Mr.Fine now teaches a humanities class in a private school in London, England. During our interview Mr.Fine really opened my classmates and I eyes, He showed us that not everything that happens in teacher needs to be planned, you should always teach though the multiple lens, do what is necessary then apologizing for them later, and that we need to raise critical analysis to help students become completely aware of their surroundings.
Health risks spanned from the horrendous environment. The origin of the apocalypse is unknown, but the father did hear concussions then identifies a “dull rose glow” (52) one morning that altered the country from then on. The land was uninhabited, the trees were all dead, and ash flew all over creating a grey murk (4). The ash that fluttered around was a major hindrance for the man and his son. They had to wear masks to cover their face so they would not inhale the murk, but the father still seemed to have a reoccurring respiratory problem.
When I started Unity High School I thought that it was going to be boring school because my first choice was Skyline but my mom made me come to this school so I had to obey what my mom wants because she takes care of me and helps me with whatever I need help with so going to the school that she wanted me to go to was the least I could have done. I thought that high school was going to be difficult because the work that my brother would bring home when he was in high school looked really hard and I did not understand most of the work he needed to complete. But I realized that I need to be taught the material before I go on and do the work
It took them a whole month before i could go before a judge. I was sitting in my cell waiting for the correctional officer to come get me. I was ready to be outside these damn walls. Being here for over a month was killing me, I was missing out on my money and I haven't been getting no pussy. I mean there was some correctional officers that liked fucking inmates, but I didn’t feel right stepping out on Carmen
The Dust Bowl negatively affected people who lived there in a personal way. By 1940, more than 2.5 million people had fled from the regions affected by the Dust Bowl. Nearly 10 percent moved to California. It was devastating for generations of families because it changed their lives forever. (History.com staff) “2.5m people fled the areas that had been affected by the dust bowl”.
From the moment I was born I was considered a military brat, I was born in Hawaii at tripler hospital because my mom was in the army and stationed there, my biological father was in the marines. When my mom remarried when I was 7, she married a man who was in the Navy. Everyone thinks being a Military brat just means you know more than other people because you 've been more places and seen more things and you get a lot of stuff you want. This is not true at all. Coming from a military background means you never have stability, you are held to a higher standard than all the other kids, and sometimes it makes you want to be in the military and only focus on that.
