The Rivercene Mansion, a Civil War era country home in New Franklin, Missouri, is known to be haunted by the souls of previous owners. The Kinney family, the original owners of the house in the late 1800’s, had eight members of their family die in the house. Joseph Kinney, the father of the Kinney children, was a steamboat captain along the Missouri River who work hard and saved money to built the house in 1869, he died of natural causes in 1892. Six of the eleven children died before the age of seven. The youngest son, Noble Kinney, suffered the most tragic of the deaths: he fell over the second story balcony and down the main staircase, he died instantly.

The architecture I chose is the Biltmore Estates, located in Ashville, North Carolina. The main architect of the Biltmore Estates was Richard Morris Hunt, hired on by George Vanderbilt. Mr. Vanderbilt fell in love with North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains and decided to purchase 125,000 acres surrounding the location where the 250-room home would be built. Richard Morris Hunt designed the house, replicating working estates of Europe, especially those of the French Renaissance style. Rafael Guastavino constructed the arched, fireproof tile ceilings.
The painting’s size alone does wonders to draw viewers

In summary, on 09/21/15 at 0418 hours I was patrolling the area of 1600 S. Laramie Ave., at which time I observed a male subject with a youthful appearance walking northbound 16th Street. I made contact with the subject, at which time he identified himself as (Rosas, Alexis DOB 04/21/97). While speaking with Rosas, I detected a strong odor of fresh cannabis emanating from his person. Rosas related he had some cannabis in his sweater pocket. I recovered a silver box containing a green leafy substance from Rosas ' right sweater pocket.
The health science campus is relatively new but the major downfall is the extremely old, small library that students can't even study in because there is no room. Another major downfall for me is that
Secure Dwellings: Rejoicing in Hope Secure Dwellings continues to assist homeless children and their female caregivers throughout the state of Alabama and surrounding states. The program is currently serving 10 mothers and 22 children as of this board meeting date. I often wonder how they able to continue live with all of the unfortunate circumstances and experiences that have cause their lives to be in disarray, some situations due to poor choices and sometimes due to no fault of their own. The more I ponder that question the following scripture came to mind, “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.”
Howdy, my names is Mark Watts; I am from Splendora, TX. I am interning for Vaughn construction. I have experienced first-hand their reputation of performing high-quality work. After vigorous research before my internship, I learned Vaughn self-performs all concrete work. Any scope of work that involves concrete; such as grade beams, piers, foundations, and columns interest me the most.

HONK! BEEP! SQUEAKK! Every which way of me, cars are honking and breaks are squeaking but I don’t care because I see it, the best amusement park ever… Cedar Point!
In 2008, I moved to an apartment in Rockaway Park located in Far Rockaway. I’ll admit, the neighborhood was far from attractive when I first arrived. The rumor mills stirred up a storm suggesting that Far Rockaway was well… “Rough around the edges” for a lack of a better term. Working on Riker’s Island, most of our patients who reside in Queens often came from Far Rockaway, thereby confirming the rumors that the town was riddled with crime, infested with drugs and plagued with anything one might consider rebellious or unscrupulous were true. And on my first day, I got lost and winded up surrounded by… you guessed it, The Projects.
I have lived in East Oakland my whole life. To the majority of people, the mention of East Oakland evokes thoughts of violence, shootings, and gangs. I was one of the people who believed in these stereotypes, and for a particularly long time. I was one of the people who saw Oakland as a wasteland, a place with nothing to offer me, and a place I had nothing to offer to.
CHAPTER FIVE "Hey, queer," has become the first thing I discern when I ambulate into school every morning. I don't understand their obsession with calling me that, but I think they've realized how much it frustrates me, and that's why they keep at it still. So when they call me by that incoherent slur, everyone in the vicinity always laughs as I hurry away, endeavoring to evade the path my mother had taken when dealing with her own bully. It's not worth it, I keep telling myself.
Frank Lloyd Wright is considered to be the pioneer of modern architecture. He created an identity for American architecture, while rejecting Neoclassical and Victorian style designs. Wright called this “organic architecture”. It is architecture that is simple, yet modern and co-exists with architecture. He provided a new perspective on architecture and “The American Style”.
