The Mt. Pleasant State Hospital, located in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. The hospital was opened on February 26, 1861 under its original name of Iowa Lunatic Asylum. It was constructed between the years of 1855 and 1865. The asylum when it opened, became the first asylum that was public in Iowa. Mt. Pleasant also housed alcoholics and drug addicts.
On 1/17/2016 SO EMT Perez was dispatched to HG-407. SO EMT Perez knocked and announced his presence at the door. SO EMT Perez was greeted at the door by the resident. The Resident, a Mrs. Elsie Cooperman answered the door and was activly bleeding from her face as she was trying to explain what had happened. SO EMT Perez immediatly began to controll the active bleeding and had Mrs. Elsie Cooperman sit down in a nearby chair while he tried to also calm the resident down so he could get some information about what happened.
On 10/22/2015 SO EMT Perez was dispatched to FC 418 regaurding a fallen female resident. SO EMT Perez knocked and announce his presence at the door and was greeted by the spouse of the resident who invited him in. The fallen resident in question was on the kitchen floor sitting upright, a Mrs. Barbara Murtishaw. Mrs. Barbara Murtishaw had fallen in her kitchen and needed a lift assist because she could not get up on her own strength. Mrs. Barbara Murtishaw stated that she was not in any pain and only wated to be lifted upright.
On 1/20/2015 SO EMT Perez was dispatched to KC-304 regarding skin pain. SO EMT Perez knocked, announced his presence and was verbally invited in by the resident. The resident, a Mrs. Marian Fox stated that she has been having some severe skin irritation the last couple of hours and she wanted a second opinion on what she should do. SO EMT Perez performed an assesment which revealed the following; Blood Pressure 120/80, Pulse 64, no visible lesions or abrasions of the area where Mrs. Fox was complaining of pain and no other pain outside the ordinary. Mrs. Fox than decided to lay back in her bed.
INTRODUCTION: This case involves an unknown suspect(s) taking the victim’s purse, and stealing items from inside, in violation of PC 484(a)-Petty Theft. LOCATION: The location is the Target store located at 777 E. Colorado Boulevard. The incident occurred in aisle #38-cleaning products on the first level of the store.
On 10-03-2016 at approximately 0950 hours, I Security Officer James Argyro made contact with a male now know to me as Anderson Oberman DOB 03-02-77, who was walking around the gaming floor not actively playing any machines for no less then 20 minutes. I made contact with Oberman and informed him that he was being asked to leave for loitering and who need to leave all Tulalip gaming properties for no less then 24 hours. Oberman left out the south east doors. Interviews & Statements On Monday, May 5, 2014 at approximately 1:35pm I obtained the following statement from the complainant patient Robert Lopez of room 227B located in the Greenberg Pavilion 8-Central. Mr. Lopez stated that on Saturday, May 3, 2014 around 6 or 7pm he placed the listed items inside his night gown. On the following day the items was missing. At first he figured it was accidently taken with the dirty linen but then he received a call from the credit card company informing him of the unusual charges.

"Stitches: A Memoir” is a true statement of a child’s life in a house where love was not the most important feeling. The graphic novel written by awarding author David Small opens his child/teenager memories to us and presented his house, hostile environment and the diversity of his family characteristics. David’s family was composed by his mother, Betty, a housewife; Ed, the father-doctor and David’s older brother Ted, the drummer. During the narrative of the book we are introduced to some to some of his relatives, Grandma Murphy and her husband Papa John, also to some of David’s father's friends and to David’s childhood crush and also his mom’s best friend, Mrs. Dillon. Later in the book we will recognize in the character The Rabbit (a phycologist), one of the David’s key people who helped him to go through his memories and feelings to sort out and change his life to a better outcome.
They were resting a little after the medication and I had the computer on wheels moving around. This computer on wheels abbreviated, as ‘cow’ is very beneficial to the doctors since they move it with them, as they are moving around in the office.
